At the VISA Paralympic World Cup in Manchester (7 - 13 May), Scottish Institute of Sport supported athlete Aileen McGlynn linked up with Ellen Hunter to win the tandem sprint final, beating the Australians, Felicity Johnson and Katie Parker 2-0 in the final.

Shooters make their mark

Scottish Institute of Sport rifle shooters Matthew Thomson and Neil Stirton are two of four Scots named in the ten-strong British team for the final Rifle & Pistol World Cup of 2007 (29 May - 3 June), which will be held on the Olympic Ranges in Munich.  Both men will compete in the Men's prone event.
