Tim joined the institute as a part-time S & C coach in February '06 working out of the Palace of Art (WSIS) and the Galleon in Kilmarnock. He joined the Institute as the S & C Judo Lead on the 3rd September '07 and will be based at the Palace of Art (WSIS).

Tim has a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science and is an Accredited member of the UKSCA.

Originally from London, he has lived in Scotland for nearly 11 years and has a Scottish wife. He has previously worked as a Fitness Professional, Gymnasium Manager and as a Lecturer at Kilmarnock College.

Tim has played rugby at various levels for nearly 30 years, and has represented Middlesex County as a 200m sprinter, also achieving 3rd place at the English Schools Finals.
