David Somerville joined the Institute as Assistant High Performance Judo Coach in February 2008.  As former institute Judo athlete competitive David career highlights include representing Team GB at 2000 Olympic Games and winning a silver medal at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.

David also represented GB at the 1999 & 2003 World Championships.
