Athlete Tip of the weekHerbal highsÂ…The growth of Chinese herbal shops in UK has been exponential - most shopping malls now have them. High performance athletes need to be very careful as some Chinese herbal products can contain banned substances which can lead to a doping offence. Be very cautious!!
