Assistant Curling Coach
Cate Brewster is the Assistant High Performance Curling Coach at the Scottish Institute of Sport. A former Scottish 'mixed' champion (twice), Cate joined the Institute in August 2000 after serving as South Lanarkshire's Curling Development Officer for two years and Royal Caledonian Curling Club Technical Director for the National Junior Squad.
For the past four years Cate has divided her time between the Institute and as Head Curling Coach at the West of Scotland Institute of Sport. Cate's Institute role became full time in August 2005 and she is currently working with the women's Olympic team and their coach Russell Keiller.
