At the British Judo Open Championships in Crawley there was a fantastic gold medal performance from Sally Conway in the -70Kg category

sportscotland institute of sport supported athlete Sally won all five of her matches by ippon and whizzed through each round to strike a convincing gold on Saturday (12 May).

Sally, along with the rest of the British Judo elite, is now waiting to hear about the Olympic selections for London and hopes to be on Team GB.
